CREATIVE MOVEMENT | TUESDAYS, 3:00-3:40 pm
PRE K 2-4 CLASSES
Creative Movement is an after school program offered at First Christian Academy starting on September 3, 2024. This class is for students in grades Pre K 2-4. It will combine creative movement activities, dance, tumbling, and gross motor skill concepts into one fun and energetic class! This class will use a wide variety of music and props to encourage sensory awareness, social skills, and cognitive stimulation.
The cost is $60 per month with a registration fee of $40 per student. The registration fee will include a shirt and bow for each student. We do provide a $10 sibling discount off additional students. All registrations and payments are done through our Parent Portal by clicking on the link below to register.
CHEER & DANCE | TUESDAYS, 3:45-4:45 pm
K-7TH GRADE CLASSES
This Cheer & Dance after school program will be offered at First Christian Academy starting on September 3, 2024. This class is for students in Kindergarten through 7th grade classes. Students will learn the basic fundamentals of cheer and dance. This will include the proper way to stretch, jumps, cheers, chants, as well as voice and motion control. Some sideline style dance combos will also be taught during this class along with beginner level tumbling skills.
Based on the number of enrollments, this class may be split into age groups during the same time slot.
