TUMBLING CLASSES
We offer tumbling classes for ages 3 and up in all skill levels, beginner - advanced.

PRICING
$70 PER MONTH | ONE CLASS PER WEEK
$120 PER MONTH | TWO CLASSES PER WEEK
$160 PER MONTH | THREE CLASSES PER WEEK
THERE IS ALSO A $50 YEARLY
REGISTRATION FEE DUE PER FAMILY.

FOUNDATIONS
These classes that are for students, ages 6 and up. These classes are for students with little to no experience in a tumbling class. It will focus on the basics and fundamentals of tumbling focusing on the following skills at the introductory stage.
***Students must be at least 6 years old before enrolling in this level. Students do not remain in this level for very long. It is meant to introduce them to the sport, how our classes, are ran, and the beginning level basics of tumbling so they are ready for a true Level 1 class.
LEVEL 1 - BEGINNER
These are beginner Level 1 tumbling classes that are for students, ages 6 and up. These classes will focus on the basics and fundamentals of tumbling focusing on the following skills: forward roll, handstand, backwards roll, cartwheel, round-off, bridge, and backbend.
***Students must be at least 6 years old before enrolling in this level.
LEVEL 1 - ADVANCED
These are advanced Level 1 tumbling classes that are for students, ages 6 and up. These classes will focus on front and back walkovers and walkover series and combo skills.
***Students must be able to do a backbend kickover without a spot consistently before enrolling in this level.
LEVEL 2 - BEGINNER
These are beginner Level 2 tumbling classes that will focus on standing back handsprings along with standing BHS combo skills such as back walkover BHS, cartwheel BHS, etc.
***Twister athletes enrolled on an all star team must be able to do front and back walkovers with correct form, technique and consistency before enrolling in this level class.
***Middle/High school athletes may enroll in this level without prior experience, if they are needing this skill for their school team only.
LEVEL 2 - ADVANCED
These are advanced Level 2 tumbling classes that will focus on running BHS skills, series, and combos. It will also focus on standing BHS series, front walkover BHS, and flysprings.
***Students must have mastered all BHS skills taught in the Level 2 Beginner class before enrolling in this level.
